By accessing Padel Hub Namibia or buying a licence, entering a tournament, or using federation tools, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform or complete a purchase.

Padel Hub Namibia provides information and operations tools for sanctioned Namibian padel: club directories, news, rankings, licences, tournament calendars, entries, and related federation functions. Features may still be in preview while the season platform is completed.

You must provide accurate information for licences and entries. Minors may only register or purchase where a parent or guardian accepts these terms on their behalf and NPF rules allow participation. Club affiliation, medical clearance, or other eligibility rules may apply to specific products or events.

A federation licence is season-bound and confers only the entitlements stated for that product (for example tournament entry or ranking eligibility). Paying for a licence or entry does not guarantee a draw place, seeding, or national selection. Tournament directors and the NPF may apply published rules, deadlines, and code-of-conduct standards.

Fees, payment methods, and withdrawal outcomes are described at checkout and in the Refund Policy.

Prices are typically quoted in Namibian dollar (NAD). Card or EFT payments are processed through configured providers or bank transfer instructions. A licence or paid entry is confirmed only when the federation (or its systems) records successful settlement — for manual EFT, after proof is verified against the statement.

You may not misuse the hub, attempt unauthorised access, scrape personal data, manipulate rankings or results, or use the platform in ways that harm other players, clubs, or the federation. We may suspend access for abuse or safety reasons.

Public rankings, draws, and results reflect federation competition data. Preview or demonstration datasets may appear while live season feeds are connected. Official outcomes remain subject to NPF confirmation and published regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by Namibian law, the NPF and platform operators are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the hub, delayed payments, third-party gateway outages, or competition scheduling changes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Courts in Namibia have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
